* Delivery to U.S. only. Excludes weekends and holidays. In-stock items only. Dangerous goods cannot ship via 2-Day or Overnight (this includes most fragrances).

* Orders placed on a weekend day will be processed on the following Monday, holidays excluded. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing in addition to time in transit.

Refused Packages
A Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments subject to the fee charged by the carrier. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Monday. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are NOT available. All delivery times are estimates.
