The lab tested freezer designed and purpose-built for breast milk storage: MOMCUBE units are a 2.47 cu.ft. all-freezer with a temperature range of -18°F to -4°F as recommended for the long-term storage of human milk. All units are laboratory-tested to maintain proper breast milk temperature, as recommended by the CDC and ideal for maternity wards, hospitals, NICUs, and employee wellness rooms.
The quality and features needed for professionals: The microprocessor temperature controller is externally located to protect stored contents from ambient temperature. Buffered temperature probe is built to better simulate the temperature of the stored milk. Sensor reads air temperature to ensure control.Alarms trigger if the unit's interior goes out of range, power failure and more. A hospital grade cord with 'green dot' plug is also included.
Built for durability, adaptability, and safety: Features adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves that can be positioned at 1/2"to accommodate different sized items. Interior constructed from white powder coated metal to ensure durability and temperature retention. Manual defrost cooling helps ensure stable temperature conditions. Antimicrobial handle is powder-coated with naturally occurring silver ions, to reduce the spread of germs. Includes reversible door swing.
