Commercially approved Clear Ice Maker: ETL-S listed to NSF-12 commercial standards for use in foodservice settings. This unit is commercially approved but also great for residential use. Legs can be extended up to 2", to allow you to raise the height for either regular or ADA compliant undercounters.
The perfect ice for your favorite cocktails: Gourmet top hat ice offers a unique clear ice shape for an upscale presentation. This ice has a dense structure, which melts slower, making it ideal for cocktails where dilution needs to be controlled. Frost-free operation keeps the unit clean and easy to maintain.
Built for your needs: This icemaker features easy-to-use digital controls. An indicator light alerts users to each step in the production process and when the bin is full. Additional features include a temperature memory function, cleaning setting and alarm, and sabbath mode for periods of observances.
