The Quantum Storage Systems WRC-1848-2G two-tier wire utility cart is made of carbon steel for strength, and has four swivel stem casters, two solid steel shelves, and two ergonomically positioned U-shaped handles. It is suitable for sorting, storing, and transporting items. The shelves on this cart are made of double-layered 18-gauge galvanized steel for strength and resistance to denting, and have plastic corners with post holes. The plastic corners are bolted to the shelf for strength. The shelves adjust in 1" increments to accommodate items of varying heights. The posts on this cart are made of 16-gauge steel for strength, and are grooved at 1" intervals to help guide installation of the shelves at desired heights. Split sleeves on the posts hold and support the shelves. This cart has four 5" polyurethane swivel stem casters with brakes on two casters for control and maneuverability. A rubber donut bumper on each caster helps protect walls and furniture from damage. The u-shaped handles are ergonomically positioned at 37-1/2" (the average waist height) to help minimize stress and strain on the back.
The assembled cart measures 37-1/2 x 18 x 48 inches (H x W x L).
