Kartit Return Policy

We offer 30-day returns with no restocking fees.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective, we cover return shipping.
If you return for other reasons, you pay return shipping. We provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Submit a request via our Return Request Form before returning any product.
We will send you the return label and instructions.
Ship the item back using the provided label.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days (minus any applicable return shipping costs).

If you have not received your refund yet:

Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
Contact your bank.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at CS@kartit.us.

Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., clearance, perishable, or custom products). Any exclusions will be stated on the product page.
