Other tie dye kits require you to pre-soak fabrics and mix up dyes separately. With the Neon One Step Tie Dye mini kit, you'll be able to easily create projects with eye-popping color. Just add water to the dye bottles, shake to mix, and apply. Each mini Neon Tulip® One Step Tie Dye Kit® includes: 1 Applicator bottle with teal dye powder, 1 Applicator bottle with lime green dye powder, Protective gloves, Rubber bands (for creating patterns), and instructions.
