Top shelf has a 1-1/2-inches lip on 3 sides and creates an ideal work surface 36-inches above the floor. Bottom shelves have 1-1/2-inches lips on all 4 sides. (4) 5-inches diameter by 1-1/4-inches width polyurethane bolt-on caster (2 rigid, 2 swivel). Gray powder coat finish is rust and acid resistant.
