You can also reduce the noise level inside your vehicle up to 15 dB as well as reduce thermal transfer from your hot car parts into the car's interior. HushMat is super-easy to install because it is self-adhesive, does not require special tools, surface prep or any adhesives, nor will it contaminate spray operations. And you can use it in firewalls, floor pans, tunnels, doors, roof, rear wheel wells, trunk and quarter panels. HushMat Ultra is a pressure-sensitive, constrained-layer damper, which has excellent adhesion to many difficult to bond substrates such as oily cold rolled steel, automotive E-coat, primers and finishes plus many plastics including polypropylene.
