.OTC's Ford Cam Pulley Holding Tool is a 'must have' for ensuring both cams stay in sync when belt is disconnected for replacement or other procedures which require belt removal. Simply rotate the engine to top-dead-center and slide the precisely sized tool across the lip of the cylinder head into the slots on the back ends of the camshafts to ensure cam alignment. Note: The camshaft timing slots are offset - if the camshaft alignment timing tool cannot be installed, rotate the crankshaft one complete revolution clockwise to correctly position the camshafts.
