.The MICRO 100 QDS-1.00-3.1 precision ground sleeves for the Micro-Quik double ended modular toolholder system. Designed and engineered to allow the end user to utilize any of the QDH style Micro-Quik toolholders on either end of the sleeve. Excellent for machines that have back and front working capabilities. The Micro-Quik Double End Modular Tooling System provides maximum centerline repeatability within plus or minus 0.0005" from tool to tool. When all of this systems components are used together, this unique system reduces machine setup, downtime, tooling costs, and tooling inventories all while boosting productivity.
