.MICRO 100, VHS-500-5K, nARCo - Aluminum Chromium Nitride coated, the "V-HEMOTH", variable helix, 5 flute, high velocity, stub length, solid carbide end mill. Designed and engineered with a variable helix and defined nose radius for high production, high speed milling, and excellent surface finished. The end mill also features an "offset" flute pattern that aids in the elimination of chatter and reducing machine vibration. nARCo coatings are extremely heat and scratch resistant and provides exceptional performance for those tough to machine materials where temperatures increase dramatically during the machining application. This coating promotes tool life and allows for faster speeds and feeds. Applicable with oxidation temperatures up to 1100° C to 2120° F. Best suited for aluminum alloys, steels, stainless steels, hardened steels, nickel alloys, cast irons, titanium, and most high temperature alloys.
